How is my crab shipped to ensure freshness?

All orders are packed in eco-friendly insulated coolers with a precise amount of dry ice. We ship via overnight or 2-day priority to ensure your seafood arrives frozen and ready for the freezer or the table.

Is the crab pre-cooked or raw?

Most of our Alaskan King Crab is flash-frozen and pre-cooked on the boat immediately after harvest. This locks in the sweet flavor and firm texture; you simply need to thaw and gently steam or heat it before serving.

What is your return policy for perishable goods?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or thawed due to shipping delays, please contact us within 24 hours with photos for a full replacement or refund.

Can I schedule a specific delivery date?

Yes, during the checkout process, you can select a preferred delivery date from our shipping calendar to ensure someone is available to receive the package and move it to refrigeration.

How long can I store the crab in my freezer?

When kept in its original vacuum-sealed packaging, our crab maintains peak quality for up to 6 months in a standard home freezer. Once thawed, it should be consumed within 2 to 3 days.
